About the Role
As our Laboratory Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality lab services that support our vision of excellence.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing daily operations, personnel, and regulatory compliance for the entire laboratory department
- Collaborating closely with medical staff to optimize lab workflows and implement best practices
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement based on customer feedback and employee input
- Communicating departmental needs to hospital leadership and contributing to the overall success of the facility
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology, biology, chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum two years of experience in an accredited lab setting, with expertise in point-of-care testing
- ASCP certification
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards (CLIA, Joint Commission, Medicare, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
