Fulfill customer service requests promptly as assignedComplete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment, recreational facilities and any other functional or safety concernsPlumbing, electrical, HVAC and heating system repairsPrep / turn of vacant units / suitesPick up / clean grounds and common areasLight carpentry workDrywall repairs and finish workTouch up paintingTake after hours on call duties as assignedGeneral cleanliness and upkeep of interior and exterior of the propertyImmediate attention to areas posing risks to life safety of residents and customers (fire alarms, trip hazards, etc.
