Key Responsibilities

• Deliver services to customers through activities such as requirements gathering, analysis, and solution formulation for business issues
• Document specifications, estimate projects, develop, test, debug, and ensure project delivery
• Customize and support SyteLine ERP, INFOR CSI, and connect to cloud platforms using .NET, AWS, or similar technologies
• Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and provide tailored solutions
• Maintain a strong customer service attitude and ensure high standards of work

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 5-10 years of SyteLine (INFOR / CSI) experience and over 5 years of external consulting experience
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for onsite customer work, meetings, and sales support
• Must posses a valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in Microsoft .NET technologies, including T-SQL, VB.Net, and SQL Server Reporting Services
• Manufacturing experience and understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Previous consulting experience is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with minimal supervision
• High energy level with a self-motivated approach and willingness to seek assistance when needed
