Consultant be responsible for providing research support for two or more Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies with upcoming filings for the FDA and in the EU.
This consultant will be working extremely hands-on conducting research day to day in collaboration with their vendors.
This is a long-term engagement beginning at 12 months.
Experience Required :
- PhD or MS in Health Economics, Epidemiology, Health Services, or other related field
- Minimum of 7+ years of HEOR experience within the life science or agency experience
- A mix of CRO and Sponsor experience is ideal, however, CRO experience is most preferred due to the hands-on nature of the role
- Must have experience conducting in-depth research for RWE studies, collaborating and overseeing vendors, doing documentation etc.

Experience working in the therapeutic areas of rare diseases, ophthalmology, neurology and / or immunology is a plus
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for conducting in-depth research for HEOR studies such as literature reviews, burden of illness analyses, budget impact models, patient-reported outcomes, and real-world evidence.
- Contribute and / or develop documentation, communicate with vendors, and determine best methodologies as they relate to these studies
- Oversee and collaborate with external partners including payers, health care providers, etc. to maintain strong relationships while gathering insights into research projects
- Lead the HEOR / RWE projects while working closely with cross-functional internal teams
- Must be comfortable sharing and / or presenting research findings with internal and external stakeholders
