As a Registered Nurse Rehabilitation, you will report directly to the Director of Nursing. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and support staff, to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced unit that caters to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care patients.
The unit is equipped with the latest technology and resources to support your professional growth and provide optimal care to our residents.

Job Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the care being provided.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
