The Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the Marketing Director in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals.

This role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, managing the brand's image, and driving customer engagement through various channels.

The Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and optimize marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

The current role is a part-time hire with opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities :

  • Execute marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Maintain brand guidelines.
  • Oversee social media management and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize SEO strategies to increase website traffic.
  • Work with the marketing team to generate ideas for new campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with other departments and vendor partners. Qualifications :
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Proficient in Spanish & English language
  • Knowledge of content strategy across digital platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and digital marketing techniques.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills. Compensation : $60,000 - $85,000 yearly
