IndustrialShadeports Inc located in Fort Lauderdale Florida is a leadingcompany in the design manufacture installation and service ofcustom shade structures.
Our structures are custom designed andarchitecturally pleasing while providing maximum sunprotection.
Ourgrowth has created the need to add a Sales and Marketing Manager toaccept responsibility for the companys revenue generation andgrowth.
We work in a team environment supporting each other forsuccess.
Responsibilities
- Managea team of sales personnel
- Exceedingmonthly salesgoals
- Leadand opportunitygeneration
- Newbusinessdevelopment
- Managingand growing our existing long termcontracts
- Networkingthroughout themarkets
- Allof the other traditional salesfunctions
Requirements
- 5years experience in outside sales preferably within a leadershipcapacity.
- Knowledgeof the Park and Playgroundmarket
- Superiorsales management and negotiation skills for internal and externalpurposes
- Demonstratedability to take the initiative to solve problems and improveprocesses
- Ateam player with a positive attitude highly motivated andorganized
- Abilityto take charge make decisions and meet deadlines withoutprompting
- Stronganalytical and problemsolvingskills
- Solidproficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications
- Attentionto detail andaccuracy
- Excellentwritten and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with theability to convey information and ideas in a variety of media to adiverseaudience.
- Experiencein the construction industry is aplus
- Avalid drivers license insurable by our carrier and reliabletransportation arerequired.
- Bachelors degreepreferred
