Assembly Production Line Technician (Mandarin/English Fluency)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assembly Production Line Technician who can efficiently assemble production lines in a fast-paced contract manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, exceptional communication abilities in both Mandarin and English, and a keen eye for quality assurance.

Responsibilities :

• Assemble production lines according to engineering drawings, specifications, and instructions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of assembly processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during assembly.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure that all assembled production lines meet company standards and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, including materials used, production times, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Assist in the training of new assembly technicians as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements :

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal).
• Proven experience in assembly, preferably in a contract manufacturing or similar environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
• Prior experience with quality control processes is a plus.

Education and Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or related field.
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
