DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :

Make repairs requiring skills such as carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical. Responsible for maintenance of light fixtures, plumbing fixtures, replacing sheetrock / plastering / painting walls, repair exit / office / bathroom doors and replacing ceiling / floor tiles.

Receive and store deliveries of maintenance / office supplies. Build and move furniture as needed. Participate in preparation for facility inspections and fire drills.

Assist with maintaining cleanliness of interior and exterior of facility including trash removal, power washing and snow removal. Related duties as assigned.

HOURS :

Full-time 37.5 hours per week

Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11 : 30pm

QUALIFICATIONS :

Minimum of three years consecutive experience in building maintenance and / or experience in skills mentioned above is required.

Trade school / training certifications, High School diploma or GED a plus.

Vaccination preferred but not required
