Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and analyze customer churn data to identify trends and root causes of attritionDevelop and implement retention strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teamsEngage with at-risk customers to address concerns and propose solutions for retentionRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in a customer service or customer retention role3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce)2+ years of experience working with at-risk customersBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredExperience in SaaS, Telematics, or Charging is a plus
