Job Title : Order Entry Specialist (Temp)
Location : Irving (75061)
Pay : Up to $23.00 / hr.
Schedule : 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm Monday - Friday
Assignment Duration : Expected through December 2024
Job Summary :
The AR Order Entry Specialist provides support to the Sales department and customers, including order entry, credit card processing and problem resolution.
Speed and accuracy are key. The responsibilities of this position may change as the business needs change and progress.
Key Responsibilities :
New Program Maintenance : Process credit card transactions and resolve customer issues.
Sales Orders (Daily) : Enter Hobby and Retail Orders, send shipping reports.
Invoicing : Pull and process daily shipping reports with accuracy.
Reporting (Weekly) : Prepare and distribute Open Orders Report.
Return Authorizations / Damages : Manage RA requests and process approvals.
Accounts Receivable / Sales (Monthly) : Apply credit card payments to invoices.
Month-End Tasks : Reconcile credit memos, return authorizations, and credit card accounts; ensure accurate accounting dimensions.
Customer Resolution (Daily) : Address inquiries promptly, resolve inventory, SKU, product, and shipping issues; support sales team.

Required Skills, Education and Experience :
Proficiency in order processing and / or ERP systems.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong problem-solving skills and adept at process evaluation
Consistent, reliable attendance with flexibility for overtime as needed
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
Experience with high-volume data entry, delivering precise and timely reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Preferred experience with Microsoft AX (Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations)
