- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or applicable field work experience in HVAC and Plumbing.
- 5 or more years of experience working for an HVAC or Plumbing Mechanical Contractor on commercial projects $20M plus
- BIM experience is a plus.
