Job Purpose : Under direct supervision, assist with the planning activities including the development of plant work orders.
Ensure a coordinated effort of maintenance, maintenance planning, and project execution between Transmission and Substation operations and Nuclear.
Evaluate and improve the execution of work management of Transmission Nuclear activities for nuclear related assets. Assist in event response and root cause analysis and prevention of reoccurrence.
Lead the scheduling and tracking for maintenance, compliance and project progress at the Nuclear sites. Required Minimum Qualifications : - Bachelors degree Engineering or professional certification - Six Sigma Certification Yellow Belt - + years experience in a combination of the following areas : o Assist with projects that require complex analysis and work execution o Substation and Transmission system operations or nuclear operations o Maintenance of transformers and switch yard assets or nuclear assets - Expert ability with integrity and compliance skills - Basic ability with analysis and problem solving, communications, process / project management, commercial, leadership and professional skills Preferred Qualifications : - Masters degree Business Administration or Engineering - Six Sigma Certification Green Belt or higher Primary (Essential) Job Functions (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.
