Compensation :
$200,000 - $300,000 Commission
Responsibilities :
- Help employees achieve sales goals by leading, training, and motivating them to succeed
- Recruit, hire, and train all branch personnel including mortgage loan officers / MLOs, compliance, operations, underwriters, loan officer assistants, processing teams, and other mortgage professionals to build a well-rounded team
- Meet and exceed sales management goals, pipeline goals, and new business generation goals to increase market share
- Oversee loan quality and ensure they meet company policies, as well as state, regional, and federal guidelines
- Enforce branch procedures, policies, and protocols are followed by all staff members
Qualifications :
- Excellent judgment and decision making skills, and exceptional communication skills
- Current NMLS or state license preferred or will secure license once hired
- Up to date industry knowledge and advanced computer skills
