Responsibilities
As the School Director, you will be given the tools, resources, and training to :
- Identify and attract the best talent to join the team.
- Support team growth and development through comprehensive training and guidance.
- Build a school community that attracts new families and team members fostering positive relationships
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state laws, regulations, and Celebree standards, policies, and procedures.
- Manage the operations of the childcare facility, including scheduling, financial management, and documentation, and ensuring smooth operations and record-keeping
- Ensure exceptional customer service experiences, e.g., thorough, friendly tours (visits); welcoming environment; accessible for parent meetings, phone calls, etc.
- Network within the community to recruit new families, follow-up with potential students, meet enrollment goals. Oversee marketing including social media
- Support and lead new company initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in early childhood education
- School Director qualified
- Minimum of three years of experience managing a licensed childcare facility
- Minimum of three years of experience teaching infants and pre-school aged children
