Job Description
- Lead pricing strategy for all services (Air, Ocean, and Ground), ensuring customer profiles meet margin and ROI targets.
- Manage incoming bids, offering analytical support for improved cost models.
- Analyze market trends to enhance margin strategies and develop pricing proposals for sales.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to meet deadlines and provide accurate responses.
- Enhance carrier relationships, optimize transportation networks, and enable single sourcing for customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, develop capacity, and optimize costs to increase revenues.
- Work with business development to establish market pricing for new or enhanced services.
- Analyze performance of pricing initiatives at service and account levels.
- Develop pricing policies, recommend changes, and implement consistent processes for maximum efficiency.
- Provide ongoing pricing updates and recommend changes to the executive team.

The Successful Applicant
- Proficiency in pricing strategies for Ocean, Air, and Ground Transportation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in logistics / transportation is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience in managing a team.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of carrier base is an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience in managing organizational teams.
- Proficiency in Spanish & English.
