Client Services Coordinator

Overview :
Support brokers in a local office by coordinating the completion and submission of property data, preparing customized property information packages, and organizing meetings and conferences.
Responsibilities :
- Review marketing material specifications; liaise with marketing, analysis, and research groups.
- Prepare and produce customized property information packages for RFIs and RFPs.
- Coordinate complex meetings and conferences; manage appointments, calendars, and travel arrangements.
- Update and maintain information databases; generate standard and ad hoc reports; assist with website updates.
Requirements :
- 1+ year of real estate experience; commercial real estate experience highly preferred.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; InDesign highly preferred.
- Attention to detail, analytic skills, and a positive attitude.
