Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions within a government environment.

This role involves working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and Scrum teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in gathering and documenting business requirements for Salesforce solutions, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs.
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to design and develop Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and meet government compliance standards.
• Create well-defined user stories and process flows to guide the development process and ensure clarity for the development team.
• Work closely with developers to conduct unit testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet the specified requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionalities and best practices, ensuring effective adoption of the solutions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend best practices to enhance Salesforce usage and efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within a government environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its core functionalities.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of government regulations and compliance standards is a plus.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Government Experience : Proven track record of managing projects within a government environment.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location

United States- Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $83,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
