Job Description
The Purchasing Manager will be responsible for coordinating purchasing needs for the business that drive financial savings and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Purchasing
- Responsible for ordering, receiving, storing and distribution of all products.
- Ensure individual and team meets client expectations.
- Inventory management
- Through planning, forecasting, replenishing, transfers and returns.
- Ensure inventory levels are sufficient and appropriate to support sales and align with other key financial goals, including forecasting and reacting to surges in product demand.
- Information Management / Systems :
- Oversee the procurement cycle and product development process in an organized and secure manner, including vendor setup and product information.
Resolve any order issues and arrange for timely returns.
- Vendor management :
- Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure accurate pricing, ordering, shipping and receiving of goods.

- Experience working with a variety of purchasing categories.
