BECO Asset Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance / Turn Tech for its apartment community in Petersburg, Virginia, 1200 Acqua Apartments.
The opportunity is immediately available with hours from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. Monday - Friday; including shared on-call rotation evenings and weekends to respond to emergency calls.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the trade and jump start their maintenance career!
Responsibilities Include :
- Keep grounds and common areas free of trash and debris, change light bulbs and filters
- Keep dumpsters and corresponding areas clean and in good working order
- Clean and maintain pool and pool area
- Assist in preparing all vacant apartments to market ready condition
- Assist in responding to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner
- Perform on-call emergency services as required (rotation shared with the maintenance team)
Qualifications Include :
- Available for night / weekend on-call duty (generous call pay)
- Ability to work in any type of weather (cold, snow, heat, rain, etc.)
- Building Maintenance experience preferred (Multi-family experience is a definite Plus!)
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public on and off the property.
