Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing critical HR functions including performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

This role plays a vital part in fostering a positive company culture and supporting our employees' professional growth and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance Management : Support managers with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development initiatives to drive high performance across the organization.
• Benefits & Leave Administration : Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, as well as manage leave policies in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Employee Relations : Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Policy Implementation : Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values.
• HR Systems Management : Manage HR systems including Paylocity, JazzHR, and PurelyHR, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency in HR operations.
• Compliance : Stay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in employment law, applying this knowledge to maintain compliance and advise leadership on necessary changes.
• Employee Engagement : Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and morale, ensuring alignment with Pinnacle Promotions' values and business goals.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
