Arrowhead Country Club is seeking a part-time Head Junior Tennis Professional, with the possibility of moving into a full time position eventually, that will be responsible for running the Jr Program, teaching private and group lessons, and promoting the Racquet Sports department to members and guests of the club.
Essential Job Functions :
- Scheduling and planning out the Jr Program for all ages and levels
- Teaching private lessons and group tennis lessons
- Responsible for interacting with employees, members, and guests in a manner that aligns with the standards of the club
- Assist the Tennis Director in organizing, advertising, and running events, tournaments, clinics, leagues, and other social events
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- USTA NetGeneration Certification preferred
- USPTA Certification preferred
- Minimum 2-year experience running / working with a Jr Program
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
