We are growing fast and looking for an Implementation Manager to join our team. As a member of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for managing the implementation process of Workable's Recruiting & HR solutions for new customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Technical Support, to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience for our customers.

This role requires strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a customer-centric mindset. You will manage the implementation of Workable's Recruiting and HR solutions, acting as a project manager for onboarding and other professional services like integrations, reports, and migrations. Serving as the main point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide customers on best practices, track progress and satisfaction, and proactively address issues. Post-implementation, you will lead check-ins to ensure successful adoption and continued value.
