Job Description :

Incentives Licensing 100% Paid M-F Schedule

At DNS Insurance Agency, we are seeking a career-minded and driven individual to join our team as a Marketing Representative.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the lead generation and marketing pipeline for the company . As an established agency, with strong marketing processes in place already, this position is ideal for someone who would like to learn and grow existing operations.

The job is flexible in scope, meaning it is a good fit for someone with experience or is looking to start a career in insurance sales and is willing to learn and grow with us.

No insurance experience? No problem!

We are seeking a driven individual with a positive attitude to join our team. As an employee of DNS Insurance Agency, you will receive comprehensive training, and mentorship to develop your skills and knowledge in insurance marketing and sales, plus we will pay for insurance licensing 100%.

You do not need insurance experience. We will consider all backgrounds. The base salary for the entry-level position is $35,000 per year.

With added incentives, you may make up to $55,000 In the 1st year.

Are you experienced in the insurance and / or marketing industry? Great!

We are also considering individuals experienced in the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will know about insurance marketing+sales and have a property and casualty license.

An experienced candidate would have an opportunity to be responsible for managing the entire marketing infrastructure, while reporting to and receiving support from agency ownership.

The base salary for this position is $45,000 per year. With added commission and bonuses, you may make up to $85,000, with opportunities to progress into a larger role as time goes on.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy : Participate (entry level) or lead (experienced level) in the creation of comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives.
• Content Creation : Produce engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels.
• Analytics : Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Event Coordination : Organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Campaign Management : Manage advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and tracking ROI.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.

Requirement

• Marketing Experience : Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is desirable.
• Sales experience is a Bonus (phone sales, real estate, banking, inside or outside sales, luxury retail sales, collection agencies, car sales, lenders, servers, bartenders)
• Creativity : Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing strategies. Communication
• Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey messages effectively.
• Organizational Skills : Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team Player : Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Tech Proficiency : Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software.

Proficient typing / data entry skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus.
