Job Description
- Responsible for driving the profit and loss of a multimillion dollar manufacturing operation
- Will be the champion of safety and compliance throughout the organization
- Will drive KPI’s including safety, quality, cost, delivery, sales compliance, product development, NPI, and employee development
- Will own P&L, budgets, forecasts, and development and implementation of strategy
- Will develop and execute short and long term business plans and strategies designed to assure revenue growth, profit and cash flow
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience owning a P&L of at least $150 million
- Aerospace background
- Bachelor of Science degree is required
