Bid Coordinator Falcon Construction is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our Fort Lauderdale team. Come join our growing organization! Position Summary Falcon is seeking a motivated Bid Coordinator to join our team.
The role involves developing and maintaining the bid timeframe, ensuring timely input submissions, and supporting prepositioning analysis.
Responsibilities include market and competitor analysis, bid administration, and documentation management. Responsibilities Gather and consolidate proposal materials.
Create and maintain Excel bid templates. Ensure professional formatting and presentation of documentation. Organize documents for production and ensure accuracy.
Maintain proposal status and ensure timely review and approval. Maintain data and pricing accuracy. Assist with the production and submission of final bid documents.
Monitor and report bid / quotation status weekly. Create proposals for additional business. Provide accurate bid pricing to distributors.
Record and analyze bid awards. Review historical bid data. Maintain updated bid files. Resolve bid pricing issues with distributors.
Provide option pricing for appointments Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements 3-5 years of administrative support, contracting, or related experience in multi-family construction.
High School diploma or GED. Knowledge of construction. Excellent communication and conflict management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Detail-oriented and highly organized. Ability to read blueprints (preferred). Ability to travel up to 35%. Valid Driver's License.
Physical Requirements Work is performed primarily in an office setting. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, hear, and talk (must be able to speak and communicate clearly with employees).
