REQUIREMENTS :
- Responsible for Vendor Master data management, data standards and data governance.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Treasury and business users to ensure proper and authenticated vendors are onboarded and maintained.
- Monitor adherence to vendor master data governance standards and compliance requirements
- Conduct data analysis and report results.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency and make sure documentation is always up to date.
- Support system improvements in Ariba SLP, SAP MDG, S / 4 HANA, Supplier risk platforms, etc.
- Provide a high level of customer service to our internal customers, and vendors by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues as they arise
- Develops test scripts and completes user acceptance testing in support of new applications or systems changes or improvements.
- Performs periodic review of our Vendor Master Database and determines if vendors should remain active or blocked due to inactivity.
- Responsible for Restricted Party Screening reports evaluation, initial disposition, and escalation.
- Manages supplier communications, questionnaires, etc as required by the business
- Works within the code of conduct, ethical, and legal boundaries of the purchasing profession
QUALIFICATIONS :
- BA / BS in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field of study.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP and Vendor Master Management
- Business software proficiency, preferably with SAP, Ariba SLP, SAP MDG and other tools like Power Apps and Excel
- A critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills required
