As a Clerical / Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support our daily operations.

You will play a key role in maintaining organized records, managing communications, and assisting with various office functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer and direct phone calls, responding to inquiries as necessary.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, including booking venues and managing calendars.
  • Assist with data entry and database management.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Support team members with project-related tasks and administrative duties.
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, fax machines).
