6am-2 : 30pm Mon-Fri. OT possible during the week and weekends is required
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
- Setup and run a complete SMT production line.
- This will involve past printer setup, loading machine feeders, and running the products complete through the reflow oven.
- Equipment utilized is Dek Paste Printer, Fuji SMT, and Electrovert reflow ovens.
- Load and unload PCBs onto the production line
- Monitor the production process to ensure proper placement and soldering of components
- Inspect finished PCBs for defects and perform necessary rework or repairs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Follow work instructions and adhere to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Job Requirements and Qualifications :
- Proficiency in machining and mechanical knowledge
- Experience is required, and attention to detail, mechanical and computer skills are necessary
- Ability to fabricate and assemble electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment
- Familiarity with reading schematics and understanding electrical wiring diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers or other measuring instruments
