Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who :

• Has an active LPN license and a minimum of 3 years of experience in senior living
• Possesses strong leadership and coaching skills
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable with HRIS and payroll systems
• Has a heart for seniors and a passion for person-centered care
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
