Requirements

We're Looking for Someone Who :

Has a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Recreation, or related field (preferred)

Has 3+ years of experience in senior living or hospitality management

Possesses a magical mix of leadership skills and creative flair

Demonstrated proficiency in budget management

Has a heart for seniors and a passion for creating meaningful connections with residents and team members alike

Possesses strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effectively leading and developing teams

Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas clearly
