Currently, we have an immediate opening for an experienced Service Manager to join our phenomenal team! This person will be a career-minded individual who buys into our company's mission and vision to provide the best service possible to the communities we serve.
Must have a strong sense of urgency to drive daily results and hold the team accountable to the standards set by the company.

Pay Range : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour + bonus opportunity
Work Hours : Monday through Friday, 7 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, some overtime evenings and weekends as needed
Required Qualifications :
- Five plus (5+) years of experience in residential / commercial HVAC service calls
- 3+ years of supervisor / leadership experience within an HVAC company
- Multi-tasker with effective time management
- Basic computer skills : specifically, MS Office, service & dispatch software systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and train others
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Physical Demands :
- Must be physically able to be on feet 8 hours a day
- Must be physically able to perform strenuous labor, including lifting heavy objects, up to 70 lbs.
- Must be able to work in extreme heat and cold
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder numerous times throughout the day
Responsibilities / Duties :
- Responsible for the profitability of the service department
- Responsible for ensuring that all Service Technicians are properly trained
- Review all service invoices daily; check for proper documentation, proper math, and work performed. Make sure that the Service Technician details the invoice in a thorough manner so the customer understands the service rendered and that the problem was taken care of
- Provide one-on-one training for Technicians needing assistance
- Hold accountable all Technicians for hitting KRA / KPI's daily, weekly, monthly, yearly
- Provide technical support by phone or on the job
- Provide technical training when necessary
- Respond to customer complaints / concerns
- Hold Technicians accountable for proper paperwork and follow-up
- Ensure the assigned Technician is following our stated policies and procedures, giving instruction and direction to coworkers as required
- Change or make new company policies for the service department with the Owner / General Manager's approval
- Ensure company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and accounted for properly and timely
- Prepare Technician performance reviews (as directed) and deliver review to the General Manager on a timely basis
