Job Description

This opportunity is a temporary assignment to help support the accounts payable backlog and would provide an opportunity for a great candidate to be considered for a temp-to-perm role in the future.

• Manual entry of Accounts Payable invoices for integration
• Data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying, and retrieval
• Checking incoming invoices, making copies before distribution
• Creating and updating records with new files and information
• Storing paperwork and invoices alphabetically in designated places, securing important documents
• Managing vendor issues, and maintaining updated vendor files.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 4-6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in North Bergen, New Jersey.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large, clean, and organized office setting in North Bergen. The Accounts Payable team works in a collaborative and interactive pit-setting environment with other associates and managers, fostering a fun and engaging workplace.

The candidate will work closely with a new accounts payable supervisor.
