Role Purpose Statement

Are you ready to take your career to the next level with a role that offers both challenge and opportunity? We're looking for a visionary leader to step into the role of Senior Vice President Operations at LSG Sky Chefs Americas.

In this high-impact position, you'll be at the forefront of driving profitability, operational excellence, and transformative change across the US East region.

You'll have the chance to shape the future of our operations and make a real difference. This position reports directly to our Chief Operations Officer.

Location : Your home base can be in any of our East region cities : Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Dallas, Dulles, Fort Lauderdale, Jamaica, NY (JFK Int'l Airport), Minneapolis, Orlando, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Raleigh Durham, Tampa.

Main Accountabilities

What You'll Do :

  • Financial Leadership : Own the profit and loss for all Customer Service Centers (CSCs) in the US East region, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining the highest quality and compliance standards.
  • Drive Innovation : Lead restructuring and transformation efforts, championing our Operational Excellence programs and Operations Value Chain activities.
  • Safety & Compliance : Ensure our operations meet all safety, health, and environmental standards, alongside adhering to local regulations and customer requirements.
  • Infrastructure Strategy : Define and optimize the region’s footprint and infrastructure to deliver unparalleled value to our customers.
  • Sustainability Advocate : Propel our sustainability goals forward, implementing and developing best practices tailored to the region.
  • Digital Transformation : Play a critical role in our digital evolution by providing insights and feedback to our IT and digitization teams.
  • Enhance Employee Experience : Lead initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the region, driving productivity and reducing turnover.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

What We're Looking For :

  • A degree in finance, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience managing large matrix organizations, ideally within a production environment.
  • Experience in an international setting with a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and change management abilities.
  • A strong focus on process management and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable navigating complex environments with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
