We are currently seeking a FMS Management Analyst, Junior to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The incumbent FMS Management Analyst applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program / project objectives.

Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft / weapon / project acquisition and product programs.

Tracks program / project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management, and data management.

Desired Experience :

  • DOD and SECNAV series instructions.
  • Utilization of NAVAIR Management Tools.
  • Development of sound acquisition strategies.
  • Development and execution of integrated Government schedules.
  • Development, management and execution of budget / phasing plans.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for cost and performance trades.
  • Expertise in DSAMs.
  • Expertise in FMS Processes.
  • Familiarity with Navy-Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP)

Required Education :

Bachelor’s Degree. An additional 6 years of work experience may be substituted for the degree or an AA Degree and 4 years of additional experience.

Required Experience :

0-3 Years Experience

Must be able to secure and maintain a Secret security clearance with potential for TS. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.

S. Citizenship is required.
