MRC / RSCS actively promotes asolid team environment and is seeking technicians who are teamplayers and enjoy working on a variety of lowtemp refrigeration andHVACR systems AND who like to work within an actively supportiveteam ecosystem.
Requirements
Field service of an established customerbase with some travel to surrounding areas. This IS NOT an entrylevel position and requires 35 years of experience with CommercialHVAC service andinstallation.
Qualifications andSkills
Our ideal candidate will be able to thinkquickly on their feet and be able to problem solve effectively. Ourideal candidate must also have a keen knowledge of therefrigeration cycle as well as electricity and controls and shouldenjoy servicing a variety of equipment across multiplefacilities.
This position requires someonewho has the knowledge skillset and tools to walk into any clientsfacility and has the confidence to troubleshoot and repairequipment when the facility operators cannot and are skilled instartup of refrigeration systems.
Also mustbe dependable handson selfmotivated a selfstarter well organizedand detail oriented willing to travel and be on call in a rotation.
Clean driving record required. History of DUI need notapply.
