Responsibilities :
- Writing estimates and invoicing repairs
- Determining feasibility of repair vs.
replacement of parts, such as bumpers, fenders, and doors
- Preparing insurance forms to indicate repair cost estimate and recommendations.
- Assisting customers with their needs.
- Communicate repair plans and navigate customer through repair process
- Occasionally maneuver around and underneath damaged vehicles
Qualifications :
- Ideal candidate will have 2 years of previous estimating experience
- Strong background in customer service and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to read / interpret documents such as safety rules, operating, and maintenance instructions and procedures manual
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ct Appraiser's License
