About the Role
As Sr. Manager of DashPass & Affordability, you’ll be responsible for managing a group of designers and defining the design strategy.
- Product Leadership You'll work with your peers in Product Management, Engineering, Operations, User Research, and more to define a shared vision and roadmap.
- Team Mentorship You'll coach the designers on your team, providing both project feedback and career guidance, and create opportunities for your team members to thrive.
- Hiring DoorDash is growing rapidly. You'll partner with our recruiting team to find, attract, interview, and hire new designers for your team.
You will report to the Head of Consumer Engagement Product Design in our Product Design organization. This role is a hybrid role with some time in-office and some time remote.
We are looking for someone located near one of our tech hubs (SF Bay Area, Seattle, or New York).
