Your day as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) grave / overnight shift

As a new Direct Support Professional (DSP) on the grave / overnight shift at Alternative Services - Oregon, Inc., you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Your responsibilities will include providing compassionate support to individuals with disabilities, assisting with daily living activities, and promoting independence while ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

You will also maintain clear communication with your team and document progress and incidents accurately. Expect to work from 10 PM to 6 AM or similar hours, during which you'll manage routines and be attentive to the needs of the individuals you support.
