YOUR ROLE
- Regularly influences and contributes to strategy and tactical planning and supports proliferation of break-through technologies.
- Collaborates and develops roadmap with global customer design centers and industry experts. Meets with key global customers at their facilities to translate / identify new opportunities.
- Is the recognized expert in industry trade associations, develops new to the world data / white papers to promote Henkel expertise externally.
- Establishes and leverages external networks and partnerships (research / suppliers / OEM / boards / industry)
Develops and manages key innovation / application development programs. Understands latest technologies and impacts to SBU and customers.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking studies to assess ability to win and innovation opportunities.
- Is responsible for the technical training of sales team, customers and for TCS talent development and mentoring.
YOUR SKILLS
- Minumum a Bachelors degree, Masters degree preferred, in material science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field is required.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in thermal management, adhesives, chemicals (polymer science, or chemical engineering) or a related industry is required.
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% with some of that travel being international.
- Experience with business strategy, marketing, and account management.
- Strong customer facing experience with ability to work with and present to cross functional teams.
The salary for this role is $120,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.
We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
