Job Title : Quality Systems Coordinator

Pay : $22.00 per hour
Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Systems Coordinator with a strong background in quality assurance and scientific principles.
This hands-on role requires a proactive self-starter who excels in collaborative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to consumer complaints via Salesforce, phone, and postal mail, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Investigate consumer complaints and manage reimbursements for defective products as necessary.
- Review and verify Batch Records for accuracy and completeness, collaborating with staff to implement necessary corrections.
- Assist in collecting and tracking production data for analysis, contributing to product quality assessments.
- Enter and analyze data on non-conformances, production downtime, stability test results, and other quality metrics.
- Document and investigate material, product, and process non-conformance issues.
- Monitor humidity control and ambient conditions to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to maintain audit-ready Certificates of Analysis and specification documents.
- Index and audit Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for updates and modifications.
- Work with production personnel on material reconciliation and assist with material reorders.
- Provide training to staff on moisture, pH, and other testing protocols; conduct periodic audits of processes.
- Source lab materials for product testing as required.
- Support document retrieval during FDA inspections and assist with document control processes.
Required Skills :
- Proficient typing and data entry skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and interpret federal, state, and local regulations.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Adobe Pro.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
