We’re seeking a future Senior Vice President, Client Services to join our Asset Servicing - Client Experience team. This role will be hybrid (in office 3 days a week) and can be based out of the Pittsburgh, PA - Lake Mary, FL - Everett, MA office.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :
- Deliver exceptional service aligned to client needs and expectations.
- Lead team members across multiple lines of business in providing support to clients.
- Provide strong client governance.
- Focus on continuous service improvements across all products and services.
- Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ business and model.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following :
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination.
- Experience in servicing clients in the insurance, corporate, or financial industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
