We are seeking a motivated Commercial Credit Analyst with 3 years of commercial lending experience in Waltham, PA.
- Responsible for loan fulfillment, reviewing documentation, performing due diligence, and working with credit partners on closing loans.
- Previous loan documentation experience and understanding of financial covenant principals is desired. Working knowledge of HotDocs is beneficial.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of commercial lending or Paralegal experience.
- Knowledge of Credit products and banking practices (Loan IQ or Stucky experience a plus).
- Experience with with credit / loan agreement language and pricing structures.
- 5+ years of risk management and / or LOB / ECF experience.
- Experience in loan or other credit-driven operations function.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
