The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and experience in mentoring sales reps to achieve record sales years.

They should excel in lead generation through cold calling, advancing customers through the sales cycle, and closing emotional sales opportunities.

This candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles objections well, and converts them into sales. Responsibilities include performing product demos, cross-selling, and using resources to meet sales goals.

Building relationships with key healthcare providers and representing the company at industry events is essential. The role has a seven-figure quota and offers ongoing mentorship for sales managers.

Essential Functions

  • Meet or exceed sales quotas in assigned territory.
  • Mentor and coach sales representatives.
  • Recruit top sales talent.
  • Generate leads through cold calling.
  • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Move customers through the sales cycle and close sales.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Provide sales reports to the Regional Sales Director.
  • Assist in closing deals and support Territory Sales Managers.
  • Achieve a seven-figure quota.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.
  • 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or capital sales.
  • Experience with medical devices, capital equipment, or laser sales is a plus.
