Eileens Special Cheesecake is seeking a Full-Time Shift Leader to help lead the front of house operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to utilize their previous experience working with a team of 5+ people, for a long-term career.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills along with a passion for Cheesecake a must!
Specifically responsible for maintaining the work flow and coaching counter attendants on compliance; SOP's; POS and Cash Transactions;
Complete Open and Close Checklists; maintain merchandising and displays in FOH; Collaborate with Management to develop an efficient and effective Front of House Schedule.
Primary Responsibilities :
o Working Sundays and Monday's are a must.
o Possess or obtain Food handler's license (within 6 weeks of employment)
o Check Register & change drawer for bank accuracy
o Basic administrative duties; emails, phone calls, voicemail, maintaining excel spreadsheets.
o Order management; taking / processing wholesale orders, organizing the days and future orders, processing shipping orders.
o Monitor and update online ordering platforms to reflect product availability.
o Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the principles and standards of Eileens Special Cheesecake.
o Coach employees in service, quality, appearance of facility, sanitation and cleanliness, while maintaining a positive, productive working environment.
o Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, garnishing and presentation to ensure that items are prepared and presented to standard.
o Ensure compliance with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety and labor requirements of the employees, and guests.
o Resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
o Perform food preparation or service tasks, such as decorating and packaging cakes, and serving food and drinks..
o Fill-in for fellow employees where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
o Light ordering and inventory management
