Responsibilities
- Accompany the healthcare provider into patient examination rooms to transcribe the patient’s history, physical exam findings, consultations, labs, X-rays, and other evaluations as stated by the provider, directly into the medical record.
- Demonstrate familiarity with medication names and medical procedures
Requirements & Skills
- Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with EMR preferred
Employment Details
- Full-Time, 40 hours / week
- Must be flexible with hours
