North Shore Bank’s Tellers are the Bank’s personal representatives for its customers, providing efficient, accurate and friendly service, who build strong relationships between the customer and the Bank.
Our Tellers actively promote and sell North Shore Bank products and services.
Successful Tellers are comfortable in a sales referral role and actively engage our customers in meaningful conversations;
ask questions to identify cross-selling opportunities; and make an appropriate blend of qualified referrals to other branch personnel and branch business partners.
In this role, you will also reach out to customers via telephone to develop banking relationships and inform customers of our products and services.

Our pay rates are extremely competitive, starting at $17 / hr DOE, along with a 401k plan with matching benefits, medical plans, and other employee benefits.
Must have availability to work some Saturday mornings.
Education and Experience : High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience is required. Related experience includes a combination of cash handling, direct customer service, and retail or other sales.
