Southeast Nebraska Development District (SENDD) in Lincoln, Nebraska NE is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Assistant.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintian updated organizational shared documents and calendars
- Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processing
- Supply inventory management and ordering
- Record Keeping
- Mail distribution
- Assistance with preparation of various reporting and newslwetter
- Proof reading
- Professional correspondence with community partners and staff
Qualifications :
- Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Administrative Assistant preferred
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with the following preferred :
- Quickbooks Online
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Google Drive
