As the Manager of Cardiovascular Services, you'll be at the heart of a dynamic team, reporting directly to the Director of Cardiovascular Services.

You'll lead a dedicated group of nurses, technologists, and support staff, ensuring the smooth operation of the state-of-the-art catheterization laboratory.

Collaborating closely with cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and nursing leadership, you'll have the opportunity to drive excellence in patient care and contribute to groundbreaking advancements in cardiovascular medicine.

As the Manager of Cardiovascular Services, you will oversee a high-volume unit and a team that is dedicated to the welfare of their patients.

The energy of the unit is fast-paced and professional, reflecting the urgency and precision required in cardiovascular care.

The Manager of Cardiovascular Diagnostics will have the opportunity to work with exceptional cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, and technologists, collaborating closely to deliver excellent patient care and drive innovation in cardiac procedures.

As the Manager of Cardiovascular Services, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

You will spearhead clinical education programs, mentor staff to enhance their clinical competencies, and drive continuous improvement in clinical quality.

On the administrative side, you'll manage budgets, ensure optimal staffing levels, oversee daily operations, and foster positive relationships with physicians, all while contributing to the advancement of cardiovascular care and the well-being of the patients.
