We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper for our team located in Hawthorne, California. The role will focus on maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for reconciling accounts, coordinating bank deposits, and creating financial reports.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct monthly reconciliations in NetSuite to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare corrective journal entries as necessary.
- Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain orderly financial filing system within NetSuite.
- Conduct month-end close processes in a timely manner.
- Manage payroll functions in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Utilize skills in QuickBooks to maintain financial information.
- Process data entry tasks as needed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and analysis when required.
- Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required
- Must have demonstrated skills in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
- Must be proficient in Bank Reconciliations
- Prior experience in Bookkeeping is required
- Must have strong skills in Data Entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Experience with Month End Close procedures is necessary
- Must be able to manage Payroll effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required.
